Processing Time
We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days upon receipt, and we prioritize shipping them out promptly. You will be notified via email in case of any processing delays.

Shipping Options
We offer same-day delivery and free shipping for local orders that exceed $5000.

Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard local shipping typically takes 1-2 business days.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries around the world. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can use to track your package online.

If you receive a device that is damaged, defective, not in good condition, or different from what you ordered, you may return it for an exchange within 15 days of delivery. The device must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Devices that are damaged while being used are not eligible for a refund or replacement. If we are unable to replace the damaged or defective device, we will refund your purchase amount.

If you are not satisfied with the device, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is in its original packaging and accompanied by its invoice.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and logistics charges for returning the device, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

We will process the refund after our engineers inspect the returned device and certify that it is in the same condition as it was shipped, unused, and with its original invoice. Refunds will only be issued through Cheque / Bank Transfer to the customer whose name appears on the invoice. The refund process typically takes less than 30 working days after the device is received.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, such as when the device is no longer available or temporarily out of stock, or if we are unable to service your location. If we cancel any portion of your order, we will contact you to provide additional information or issue a refund.
